Project Manager
U. S. Coast Guard, Portsmouth, VA (1995-1996)
Managed merge of reserve and active military forces into single command structures for mid-Atlantic region, effectively placing more than 1000 reservists in active duty units for dedicated support of all Coast Guard mission areas.

Provided writing, facilitation, and consulting services to a variety of clients including an automotive parts manufacturing plant (developed a recycling plan resulting in savings of more than $575,000 per year), a federal agency (wrote an agency-wide real property procedural guide), a local government (provided analysis of economic development initiatives).
